On 19 February 2026 we were in Florence, at the Hotel Brunelleschi (Piazza Santa Elisabetta 3), for the in-person conference “All about metal packaging – steel and aluminium” promoted by the Istituto Italiano Imballaggio in collaboration with CIAL and RICREA.
A day dedicated to steel and aluminium packaging: food contact materials legislation, with a focus on the Note for Guidance on Regulation (EU) 2024/3190 on BPA and other bisphenols, coatings and varnishes, environmental sustainability and collection and recycling results in light of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).
